Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using Picord ("the Service"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Purpose of Use)

The Service is designed to analyze images uploaded by users and generate, store, and manage word cards.

Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)

  1. 1. Uploading images that infringe on the rights of others
  2. 2. Acts that infringe on copyright or portrait rights
  3. 3. Acts that violate laws and regulations
  4. 4. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Service

Article 3 (Image and Card Data)

  • • Images uploaded by users are stored for card generation purposes.
  • • We may perform resizing or compression as needed.
  • • Generated card information is retained until deleted by the user.
  • • In the future, users will be able to set cards as public/private, and public cards will be viewable by other users.

Article 4 (Advertisements)

The Service may display advertisements such as Google AdSense.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

  • • The Service does not guarantee accuracy or usefulness.
  • • The operator shall not be held responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Service.

Article 6 (Changes to Terms)

These Terms may be modified as necessary. Modified Terms shall take effect when displayed on the Service.

Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law, and the Kofu District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction for the first instance.
